In Def Jam Duo, Drake is part of Drake & Nicki with Nicki Manaj. During the Def Jam Takeover dubbed the East Coast Apocalypse, Drake and Manaj are tasked with taking the Def Jam Records building.

Road to Control Edit
Drake appears in Def Jam Control as co-creator of Rick Ross's Maybach Crew and later is revealed to be a part of the Rap Illuminati. Drake is first seen fighting in an exhibition for the Maybach crew later in the tag team exhibition with Meek Mill. After being defeated by Playa and his tag team partner, Drake is not seen for a long stretch of time. However after being confronted by Meek at his return the two get into a fight causing bad blood to break out between the two. After winning the fight, Playa shows up and beats Drake defending Meek and his cause. After being signed Meek continues to fight Drake before Joe Budden gets involved. Although the conflict starts with the two being thought to be pretty equal in terms of fighting Drake then goes on to start feuds briefly with Nicki, Ludacris, Pusha-T and Method Man. After eventually being cornered by all of them at different points Drake, continues to escape before being finally defeated by Budden.
Overtime Mode Edit
Drake returns just in time for overtime mode as it's revealed that he's actually a part of Jay-Z's Rap Illuminati.
